How many concepts will you create?

My process consists of the ‘one concept method’. You will be presented with one in-depth concept. It’s my job to find and present the best solution for your business and with the one concept method I can go in-depth and present a whole brand identity that doesn’t leave you confused unlike showing several concepts.

How many revisions do I get?

There are usually two revisions provided for the brand presentation and design concept unless stated otherwise.

What files will I receive?

You’ll receive: AI, EPS, JPG & PNG. These will all be delivered in all of your brand colours plus anything else I know you’ll need.

What is the Brand Guidelines Document?

The brand guidelines document is an in-depth guide on how to successfully use your brand identity and assets. This can be used by you, other designers, web developers and employees. Following this brand bible will allow for consistency across all marketing materials. It includes things like logo usage, typography hierarchy, do’s & don’ts, colour codes and more!

Can you help with design projects after the project is complete?

Of course! After the project is complete you can contact me through email to discuss future projects. I also offer retainer packages to help businesses on a monthly basis.

Enquire & Book - Complete the form and choose the service(s) that you are interested in. We will then schedule a discovery call together to discuss your project. You’ll then receive my Welcome Pack and a tailored proposal. Once the contract and deposit are in, we’re ready to go.

Discovery & Strategy - Through a guided questionnaire & strategy session (if you chose the Premium package) we’ll dive into your mission, audience, and brand personality. This step makes sure your brand has a solid foundation and you feel clear on the direction we’re headed. I’ll then set up a shared Notion workspace to keep timelines, files, and feedback in one place.

Creative Direction & Design - I’ll craft moodboards and visual inspiration that capture your brand’s unique style. Then, I’ll design your logos, colours, and other brand elements. You’ll see your ideas transform into visuals that truly reflect your business, with plenty of room for collaboration along the way.
